Adaivo Card help and compatibility
Preview before purchase, use AI assists, publish after review and keep your card current with free digital updates. Find sharing, compatibility and support answers.
What can I try before buying?
Open the sample without an account to explore the card experience. Sign in to design and preview your own card before purchase. Free preview does not include publication: a one-time purchase submits your card for Adaivo review before it goes live.
How do I use the AI assists?
The editor offers one-use biography and portrait AI assists. Compare each suggestion with your original, review the facts and image, then choose which version to use. AI suggestions are optional and do not certify your identity or qualifications.
How do I publish my card?
Sign in, create your card in the editor and review the preview before checkout. Payment alone does not publish a card: Adaivo reviews the submitted details first. Follow your order status in Orders. If a correction is requested, update the requested information before resubmitting.
How do I update a published card?
Choose the card in Orders and open its editor. Submit your free digital edit for review. Your current approved card remains visible while the update is pending, and the approved revision uses the same link. Printed text is unchanged.
Does the recipient need an Adaivo app or account?
No Adaivo app or account is required to open a public card in a web browser. Share the link or use the card’s QR code. NFC tap requires a phone that supports reading NFC links; device settings and the position of the NFC antenna can affect tapping. Use the QR code or link if tapping does not work.
How does Save contact work?
Save contact downloads a vCard containing the approved contact details and the published portrait when one is selected. Open it in a compatible contacts app and confirm the import. Photo display and merging with an existing contact depend on the receiving app. A downloaded contact is a snapshot; later card edits do not automatically update someone’s address book.
Which Wallet is supported?
When Add to Google Wallet is available on your published card, it opens Google’s save flow for a Google Wallet pass. Availability depends on the card being ready and Google Wallet being supported for your device and account. Google Wallet is separate from Save contact. When Add to Apple Wallet is shown, iPhone users can add a pass with the card details and profile QR code. Add it again after changes to refresh the saved details.
Are my contact details searchable?
A published card is public to anyone with its address. Adaivo asks search engines not to index customer cards by default. This is not access control: sharing the address allows others to view and copy the details you published. Only add information you intend to share publicly.
Where can I get support?
Use the Contact form for help with your card or order. Include the order reference and a brief description of the issue. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details. Refund and shipping conditions are available in the policy linked below.
