A one-time digital business card purchase: what is included?
Adaivo Card offers a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription. Both starting options include one hosted digital card; Digital + NFC also includes a physical card. Before you buy, separate what you can preview for free, what requires payment and review, and what a later edit can change.
Free preview and a published card are different stages
You can open the public sample without an account. To create your own card, sign in and use the editor to design and preview it before purchase. You can compare three layouts and four themes, and explore the one-use biography and portrait AI assists. Review each suggestion and choose what to use.
A free preview is not a published card. A one-time purchase submits your card for Adaivo review. Payment alone does not make it public: follow the status in Orders and respond if a correction is requested. Review does not certify your identity, qualifications or business claims.
Choose for your actual sharing routine
Choose Digital only if a link in your email or messages, or a QR shown on your phone, meets your needs. Choose Digital + NFC if you also want a physical card to present during in-person introductions.
The recipient opens the same hosted card with either option. NFC requires a phone that can read NFC links; QR and direct links remain useful alternatives. An internet connection is needed to load the online card.

The later-NFC example applies when the first-NFC option is available for your eligible published digital-only card. Your original digital payment is not deducted from that separate purchase. Further NFC copies are a different option; see current pricing and check the final checkout total.

This preview uses the Adaivo card renderer. Open the sample to change its design, share it or download the fictional contact.
- Compare the design.
Under Layout, choose a different layout. Under Theme, choose another colour. Look at the name, introduction and contact area as the card changes. These choices only affect your current preview.
- Open Share.
Select Share below the sample card. Scan the QR with another phone, or use Copy Link and open that link in another tab. The shared sample starts with its original design; your layout and theme choices are not included.
- Try Save Contact.
Close the share panel and select Save Contact. Open the downloaded vCard in a compatible contacts app and inspect it before confirming an import. It is labelled as a fictional sample and contains no phone number or email.
The sample’s contact buttons are disabled. It does not test a physical NFC chip. Sample choices do not carry into your own card: sign in to create and preview your design. Publication requires a purchase and Adaivo review.
Enable JavaScript in the sample to change its design and open Share. The sample card and contact download remain available without it.
What happens when your details change?
After publication, select your card in Orders and open its editor. Digital content edits are free and subject to review. Your currently approved card stays online while the change is pending. Once approved, the revision appears at the same card link.
An online edit does not replace or reprint a physical card, and it does not update contacts someone already downloaded. Check any name, title or other text you plan to print before placing a physical order.
Can you add NFC later?
If the option appears in Orders, an eligible published digital-only card can purchase its first NFC card separately. Further NFC cards for that same card use the additional-card price. The original digital purchase is not deducted from the first-NFC price; these are separate purchases.

A practical checklist before checkout
Try sharing and the fictional contact download above. Then sign in, create your own design and check your name, contact links, images and any printed text in the preview. Choose your product, review the total and complete payment only when the details are ready for review.
After submitting, use Orders to follow progress. Your public card becomes available after approval; physical fulfilment is a separate step for orders that include an NFC card.
